Recently I visited the Central Bureau of Genealogy in The Hague for the first time and found a collection of documents with Dutch family announcements of our family. Of course I had them printed out and later on decided that it could be very interesting to other family members to publish this on the site also. If you are in the possession of other announcements about a person with he surname Versteegt or Ver Steegt, and would like them published on the family site,  please let me know. This announcement is from my own collection. In 1989 this announcement motivated me to again start researching our family tree. At the time I lived very close nearby these family members but was totally unaware of how I was related to them.
